What should I know about scheduling an appointment?
Please make arrangements in advance to accomodate your needs. Pregnant/breast feeding guests have special needs; please inform us when scheduling. We are happy to accommodate any special needs, disabilities or a preference for a male or female therapist. Please indicate when scheduling.

What should I plan for on the day of my appointment?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to check in, complete intake form(s) and change to robe and slippers. If arriving late, please remember that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Cancellations must be made by closing of the previous spa workday. If a cancellation is made on the day of your scheduled appointment or you do not show, the full service fee will be charged.

Should I bring my children?
Yes to all our guests, children may be brought to the Children's Room(NEXT DOOR)and have fun, no need scheduled appointment.

Can I bring my cell phone?
Yes but please respect our clients. Other guests are here to escape.

Can I get a limo service to the Hydra Studio?
Yes, limo service can be arranged.

What is your policy regarding gratuities?
Gratuity envelopes are provided at the front desk.

Should I always work with the same staff members?
Our professional team members support each other and ask that you feel free to experience and work with a variety of team members. your satisfaction is our goal.

Can you accomodate groups?
Meeting room(s) are available to accomodate corporate needs, employer rewards, girl's day out, bridal parties and more. Classroom set-up fee may apply.

Do you sell gift certificates and spa packages?
Yes Hydra gift certificates are an ideal year-round gift for any occassion - the gift that says, "Thank you, you deserve this".

Any package of a service purchased offers our guests a savings. All packages expire one year from date of purchase.

What are your returns, exchange, and pricing policies?
NO REFUNDS on any gift certificate or spa purchase. Exchanges for other service(s) or spa product may be accomodated. All prices are subject to change.
